How long does it take for delivery?

We endeavour to have your order delivered within 5 business days of receiving payment. Goods are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours and you will receive an email notification and tracking number immediately your goods are shipped.

If your order does not arrive within a reasonable delivery time, please contact us on (03) 9728 5250 so we can ascertain the status of your delivery.

Can I order by phone?

Damaged Goods or a Problem with your purchase?

I’ve received the wrong item or my item is damaged in transit – what do I do?

We are constantly improving our processes, but if you happen to have received an incorrect item or your item was damaged in transit, please call us immediately on (03) 9728 5250

What is your return policy?

All return of goods must have prior authorisation. Goods which have been incorrectly supplied by RSA Pty Ltd will be accepted back for a full credit provided the error is reported to RSA Pty Ltd within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Where a customer wishes to return stocked items for any reason other than incorrect supply, the following requirements must be established before a return is authorised.

  1. a) Saleability
  2. b) Age of goods
  3. c) Condition of goods and packaging

Goods that are past their used by date, or in an unsaleable condition will be unable to be returned.

Customer Pickups and Inspections

Pick up and inspections of products are available at our showroom at 1/8 Isa Way, Boronia VIC 3155 during normal business hours. Anything outside of business hours can be made via appointment.

For this reason, we offer a 30 Day No Questions Asked Money Back Guarantee, which gives you the opportunity to try out your new purchase for 30 days in your own home. If you are not 100% satisfied, or you change your mind for any reason, you are welcome to send it back for a full refund of your purchase price.
